T-shirt Branding

We offer various types of T-shirt branding. Our Base price is R65 per A4 print. Bases on your design, colours, style and size we will recommend the best branding option for you. Our 4 main branding styles are vinyl printing, direct to garment printing, embroidery and screen printing.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing is best used for single colour prints of text or un-complicated graphics or logo’s silhouette style art makes great vinyl t-shirt prints. Most replica football jerseys for instance have the player names and numbers done with vinyl. It stands out and the colours are bright. At DIOLKA we use only Premium class vinyl’s which are softer and feel more natural on clothing other vinyl types, on special request we also make use of flock, suede, glow-in-the-dark and rhinestone vinyl.

Direct To Garment Printing

DTG is a newer method of printing where the t-shirt or clothing item is put directly into the digital printer. Printing on light colours is usually cheaper, as when printing on black a layer of white first has to be printed to make sure the bright colours stand out. DTG printing is great for complex logo’s or designs that have a lot of colour gradients, fading and or blending of colours.

Embroidery

Embroidery is still a classic and classy way of branding one’s apparel. We highly recommend embroidery on more formal clothing, like collar or golf shirts. Embroidery also stands out more on caps and hats more than most other forms of branding. Embroidery is best used for small-medium size logos or design.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is mainly used for large bulk orders. 250+ t-shirts. Because screens have to be made for each section of the printed design or different colour used we only use screen printing on large orders, once the screens are made, screen printing is one of fastest and most accurate ways of printing t-shirt. The screens are however permanent and thus cost a bit more to setup, but once we have screens made for your design, you won’t ever pay a setup fee again and we can print your design any time you need.
